CID Findings

November 18, 1971:  USACIL Report P-D-FA-C-FP-82-70-R33   Page 1 USACIL Report P-D-FA-C-FP-82-70-R33, page 1 Examination and comparison of the questioned handwriting and handprinting appearing on Exhibit W6 in conjunction with Exhibit W3 resulted in the following conclusions:      a.  The questioned handwritten entries appearing on Exhibit W6 could have been executed by the writer of Exhibit W3.   Page 2 USACIL Report P-D-FA-C-FP-82-70-R33, page 2      b.  The questioned handprinted entry "number one" appearing on Exhibit W6 was slowly executed/retraced and is therefore not a normal product of the writer, however, it could have been executed by the writer of Exhibit W3.

December 1, 1971:  USACIL Report P-D-FA-C-FP-82-70-R33   Page 1 USACIL Report P-D-FA-C-FP-82-70-R34, page 1 Examination and comparison of Exhibit W-6 in conjunction with Exhibits B and D, resulted in the following conclusions:      There are no indications that the writer of Exhibits B and D (J. MacDONALD) executed Exhibit W-6. Webmaster note:  In this report, Exhibit W-2 is designated as Exhibit B, and Exhibit W-4 is designated as Exhibit D .

March 29, 1972:  USACIL Consolidated Report Webmaster note:  This writer can find no reference to this exhibit in the USACIL Consolidated Report.
